Future Vision Financial Planning (FVFP) are financial specialists offering comprehensive financial planning services, ranging from investment and mortgage advice to life assurance and pension planning. FVFP had made the decision to break away from their parent company, but a significant barrier to this was disengaging from the existing corporate network and telephone system. As FVFP had no dedicated internal IT staff, KSBC was called in to execute the infrastructure changes and office migration processes simultaneously, providing support in defining their needs and building a detailed plan for the move. KSBC streamlined all IT and telecommunications processes, taking responsibility for the entire office move project end-to-end, from planning to commissioning.
KSBC organised a detailed plan ahead of time and completed the entire office move over one weekend, including the supply and installation of new IT and Telecommunications infrastructure and migration of database software, data and office furniture. FVFP left its office on Friday evening and arrived on Monday morning at their new premises to find the office fully-functioning and ready to operate as usual.
